Bondford Markets Ltd (“Bondford”) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all areas of our business. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or any form of exploitation within our organisation or supply chain.

This policy outlines our ongoing commitment to identifying, preventing, and mitigating the risk of modern slavery in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.


2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All employees, officers, and directors of Bondford
  • All temporary workers, consultants, contractors, and agents acting on our behalf
  • All suppliers, service providers, and third-party partners engaged by Bondford


3. Our Business and Structure

Bondford is a financial services company incorporated in England and Wales, providing foreign exchange risk management, international payments, global account solutions to corporate and institutional clients.

While we operate in a low-risk sector for modern slavery, we recognise that risks may arise in indirect parts of our supply chain, particularly in services such as IT, cleaning, or facilities management.


4. Our Commitment

Bondford will:

  • Conduct business in a manner that upholds fundamental human rights and the dignity of all people
  • Take reasonable steps to ensure that modern slavery is not occurring in our business or supply chains
  • Promote awareness of modern slavery risks within the company
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any suspected instances of forced labour or exploitation
  • Comply fully with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other relevant legislation


5. Due Diligence and Risk Management

We assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain through:

  • Internal audits and compliance checks
  • Requiring suppliers and partners to comply with ethical and labour standards
  • Conducting due diligence before engaging new suppliers
  • Reviewing existing supplier relationships to assess any risk of non-compliance

Where potential risk is identified, we will take proportionate and appropriate action, including further investigation or terminating the relationship.


6. Employee Awareness and Responsibility

All Bondford employees are expected to act in accordance with this policy. We are committed to raising awareness through onboarding and internal communications.

Employees are encouraged to report any concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical conduct through our standard reporting procedures. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.


7. Responsibility for the Policy

The Senior Management Team is responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented, monitored, and reviewed annually. Line managers are responsible for ensuring their teams understand and follow the policy.


8. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, our operations, or supply chain risk.
