Henry Vaughan
Founder
With over 12 years’ experience in FX and global payments, Henry’s career has been defined by innovation and results.
Starting at Ebury, he developed a deep understanding of financial markets before moving to Global Reach as a senior corporate dealer and honing his expertise in financial risk strategies at Audere.
Henry founded Bondford in 2021, growing the business into a seven-figure revenue success. An angel investor, Henry is passionate about philanthropy and personal growth, as well as being a scratch golfer.
Richard Atkinson
Executive Director
Initially focused on a law career, Richard quickly realised he was more comfortable in the energy of the financial workplace and moved into FX.
Working in global payments for 14 years, he held senior sales, dealing and country manager roles at Alpha Group and Ebury.
A passionate entrepreneur, Richard set up two international offices before co-founding Bondford. A cricket fan and father of two, he now combines London’s buzz with an idyllic country life on the Northern Irish coast.
